Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client at your support app so it can manage tickets and submit requests on your behalf.

Choose your AI client below.

Open the profile menu (top-right) and go to Settings.

Select Connectors, then click "Add custom connector".

Give it a name (e.g. "Senti MCS"), paste the server URL above, and click Add.
One more step: authorize access
After adding the URL, your client will open our consent page where you sign in with your Senti MCS account and approve access. The assistant only ever acts as you.
Refresh after updates
If we ship changes to the available tools, refresh the connector in your AI client — assistants cache the tool list.
